traditional staple set bed brush style modules or block brushes can be cut to any size to best fill your
machine bed layout as a brush table, AND they can be easily replaced as needed.

is one in which the filament or bristle is forced into a
flat surface (similar to a toothbrush), and trimmed to

A wide area of the
staple set brush table surface, if densely spaced,
is ideal for supporting heavy metal or other material. In the past,
sheet material has been moved on steel tables or metal rollers.
This is not only extremely noisy, but it can be hard on the finish
of certain products. Our staple set
brush table, placed to fill a work
area, will support the material gently and quietly as it moves
across the surface of the machine’s bed.

into a drilled or molded hole. The block can be any material that
can be penetrated with a staple and firm enough to hold the staple
