Wherever the cables enter the room there is the possibility for loss of cooling air as well as entry of dirt and dust particles. Your data center may be equipped with a suitable cooling system able to provide the capacity to supply conditioned air, however, with improper delivery and containment, the system may not be meeting its needs. The result is an increase in the static pressure in the under-floor plenum making sure that the data center stays at a pressure above atmospheric.
