MOUNTING OPTIONS
Flex-Guard Brush Seals work well over
any flat or irregular surfaces and are completely flexible.
Flex-Guard Brush seals can be used in numerous applications.
Many additional standard and special brush mounting designs are
available to meet your specific needs. Brush mountings come in aluminum as standard material.
Stainless steel
brackets are available and just as often powder coating is used to
protect the aluminum bracket. We have other designs that are not
show here. Please call to discuss your application and we will send
you samples.
MACHINE GUARDING
There are many factors involved when
choosing the correct design such as temperature, pressure,
environmental conditions and direct application criteria. Every
measure is taken today to prevent cross-contamination of the many
washing, cleaning and processing fluids. Containing the machining
fluids and machined debris helps maintain a safe working
environment. When functioning tight seals are installed correctly,
they even help with noise reduction. The Memtech brushes can be
designed to be used as dampening elements for quieter metal
processing.
