Flexible Strip Brushes

Flex-Guard’s flexible brushes consists of 2 different types of flexible brush that can form many different shapes and configurations pending their application environment. These flexible brushes include MemFlex flexible strip brushes and staple set flexible brushes. Both use synthetic filaments for their bristles and use either thermoplastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene, styrene, nylons, and PVC as their base which makes them very pliable and flexible. The length of brush bristles can be trimmed to fit any job solution in the industrial manufacturing environment and can be set to have multiple rows upon rows of bristles. Applications for flexible strip brushes are; skirting, sight seal, splashguard, support strips, wire management, hold articles, positioning, restraining, and protection.

Staple Set Flexible Strip Brushes

Staple set flexible brushes are containment seals manufactured for a wide range of shapes and configurations that are only limited by your imagination. This functioning seal is maneuvered to contour and follow unique surfaces such as routers, machine heads, and vacuums. Wherever vacuum requirements exist – the long bristles allow for sufficient airflow while still providing the containment requirement, while the bristles tuft is available in a single row or multiple rows depending upon the width of the base.

Flexible Strip Brushes – MemFlex Flexible Strip Brush

Produced in different shapes, MemFlex Flexible Strip Brushes are ideal for creating integrated assemblies with bezels, frames and cylinders. With no limit on length, brushes can span long distances without interruption and can be cut to size as needed.
